Lisa Frazier

Lisa is a registered landscape architect based in Rhode Island  with a decade of experience in design and project management. She holds a BLA and MBA from the University of Rhode Island and currently sits on the Rhode Island American Society of Landscape Architecture executive committee.

Lisa believes that design begins with an understanding of the site. Her interest in contextual design dates back to site visits in upstate New York with her father, a civil engineer, where she developed an appreciation for site design and the building process. She is passionate about highly personalized design while helping clients realize the full potential of their project.

Prior to joining Mather and Page, Lisa worked at Katherine Field and Associates, designing and managing high-end coastal residential projects. She was also responsible for the ongoing management of an art museum and gardens project in Newport where she collaborated with a large scale project team in a multidisciplinary capacity.

Lisa grew up racing sailboats on Lake Ontario and throughout New England where she developed a love for coastal communities. Lisa landed in the ocean state to pursue competitive sailing at URI while studying landscape architecture.  She currently lives with her husband and two daughters in Matunuck, RI where they spend all of their extra time on or near the water.
